SCHEDULE OF CLASSES July 12 - September 11, 2010

9 WEEK SESSION FEES Based on a nine week session:

1 class per week/9 classes $65.00 ($59.00 preregistration rate) 2 classes per week/18 classes $87.00 ($79.00 preregistration rate) Unlimited $99.00 ($90.00 preregistration rate) Come in anytime and your fees will be pro-rated for the remainder of the session. NO LONG TERM COMMITMENT FEE.

Active Yoga: A yoga class that incorporates strength, stamina and flexibility by
blending a powerful combination of movement, breath and strength yoga-based poses
to heat up the entire body. Sun salutations, standing poses and floor work will be
incorporated into the class. End each class with an integrative relaxation period and
additional breath work, time permitting.
Cardio Dace: A low impact cardio class that incorporates easy to follow dance
moves and routines with aerobic conditioning. Strength training included at the end of
the class.
Cardio Fusion: A hi energy fast paced cardio workout recommended for those who
like floor aerobics but like intensity. The mix of strength training and resistance training
exercises gives a total body workout.
Cardio Mix: Moderate intensity floor cardio workout mixing strength training using
resistance tubing, medicine balls, body bars and free weights. Class ends with
flexibility training. A great way to get in shape and burn calories!
Cardio `n Strength: An assortment of impact aerobics with varying intensities
incorporating elements of strength training using resistance tubing, medicine balls,
body bars and your own body weight. Class ends with flexibility training. Workout may
include the step and Bosu.
Core Floor and More: An effective way to improve your core strength and gain
flexibility using bands, balls, small weights and body bars. The ab class strengthens
and stabilizes the abdominals and lower back through intense exercise targeting the
core.
Fitness Fusion: Instructor's Choice (varies from week to week).
Indoor Boot Camp: High energy and and high intensity, just as the name implies.
Work the entire body, from head to toe, up-side down, right-side up, the perfect class for
those ready to test their muscular strength and endurance by turning it up a notch and
adding a steady medium to high level of cardiovascular work consistently. This class is
designed with a foundation of strength training and a compliment of aerobic training.
Integrated Strength and Stretch: This full body workout flip flops from high and
low repetitions -- the low repetitions make you stronger, while the high repetitions tone
your body. Complete the workout with a much needed stretch incorporating elements of
Pilates and yoga.
Step `n Sculpt: Aerobics class consists of choreographed step patterns and
strength training. You'll challenge your mind and body as you burn calories. The
intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel and execution of your
movements.
Yoga `n Pilates: Combines flowing yoga moves and the mat method based on
Pilates to enhance muscle strength and length. Also designed to improve posture,
flexibility and physical awareness..

We we will be closed on Memorial Day (5/31), 7/3, 7/5, Labor Day (9/6), Christmas
(12/25) and New Year's (1/1/11).
Preregistration is held during the last two weeks of every session/two weeks before each
new session begins. Save 10% if you register during preregistration.
