A yoga class that incorporates strength, stamina and flexibility by blending a powerful combination of movement, breath and strength yoga-based posesto heat up the entire body. Sun salutations, standing poses and floor work will be incorporated into the class. End each class with an integrative relaxation period and additional breath work, time permitting.

An effective way to improve your core strength and gain flexibility using bands, balls, small weights and body bars. The ab class strengthens and stabilizes the abdominals and lower back through intense exercise targeting the core.
Dance `n Sculpt
A fun and high energy cardio dance routine kicks off the first 35 - 40 minutes of this class, followed by 20 - 25 minutes of strength training, toning, core work and stretching.
Every Body Dance! and Strength
Let our instructor, a trained dancer, guide you through routines to a dance mix including hip hop, Latin, belly dancing and more. It's an all-over body workout--every body part will feel the beat (plus a little burn)! This class rocks whether you can dance or not. Don't miss out!

Aerobics class consists of choreographed step patterns and strength training. You'll challenge your mind and body as you burn calories. The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel and execution of your movements.
Strong 30 is a revolutionary 30-minute, high-intensity, full body workout where very single cardio and muscle-conditioning move is perfectly synced to original music. So instead of counting reps, you train to the beat, pushing past your limits and torching more calories.
Yoga `n Pilates
Combines flowing yoga moves and the mat method based on Pilates to enhance muscle strength and length. Also designed to improve posture, flexibility and physical awareness.
