Schedule Updates 7/31 - 8/1

There will be no 6:45 PM class tonight, Tuesday 7/31, and no 7:20 AM class tomorrow, Wednesday 8/1. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Some Class and Instructor Changes

Starting this week, Sarah Moreno will be come our regular Wednesday Step n' Sculpt instructor at 9:20 a.m.

Lia will continue to teach Every Body Dance on the first Thursday of most months and Kathy will teach Cardio Mix on the subsequent Thursdays.

For those who haven't taken a Cardio Mix class with Kathy before, it is a similar format to how she teaches Step n' Sculpt, in that there will be a fun routine that we add moves on to throughout the class, before running through it a number times towards the end. Finally, we'll wrap up with some toning and stretching.

Note some months Lia and Kathy will switch things up, as to who teaches on Thursdays at 9:20 a.m., due to our schedules. Check the bulletin board at Beverly Bodyworks for the most up to date instructor schedule.

Today's 9:20 a.m. Step n' Sculpt Class Cancelled

Today’s 9:20 a.m. Step n’ Sculpt Class is cancelled due to one of the instructor’s children being sick and no substitute being available. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope to see you next week for Step n’ Sculpt on Wednesday. 💗

Beverly Bodyworks Open on Saturday/Class as Scheduled

We are happy to report that Beverly Bodyworks will be open and class will go on, as scheduled tomorrow/Saturday, February 10th! See you there!

Winter Weather Closing & Updates

Tomorrow, Friday February 9th, Beverly BodyWorks will be closed due to the weather.

The Zumba Master class with Victor, originally scheduled for tomorrow night from 6:30-8 PM, has been postponed until next Friday, February 16th from 6:30-8 PM.

We will keep you posted regarding the class on Saturday.

Glow-ga and then some with Ginny

Come join Ginny from Beverly Bodyworks on Friday,January 12, 2018 from 6:30pm-8:30pm at Immanuel UCC 9815 S. Campbell for a glow in the dark experience. The allure: Unlike a typical class, practicing in near darkness makes you more cognizant of your surroundings—your brain relies on heightened awareness from senses other than vision to process sensory information in order to stay balanced plus it tons of fun! Wear white or neon for the brightest clothes under the black light and for added fun add LED accessories. All levels welcome. Admission is $15.00 and includes a glow bracelet. All proceeds benefit the Church. Come and get your glow on!
