Tuesday
6:00 a.m. Cardio `n Strength (55 minutes) - Sherry
8:30 a.m. Active Yoga (60 minutes) - KT
7:00 p.m. Core, Floor and More (45 minutes) - Paula

Wednesday
7:30 a.m. Cardio Dance (45 mninutes) - Barb
8:30 a.m. Step/Dance `n Sculpt** (60 minutes) - Kathy

Thursday
6:00 a.m. Cardio `n Strength (55 minutes) - Sherry
8:30 a.m. Cardio Fusion (60 minutes) - Jen
7:00 p.m. Every Body Dance! and Strength** (45 minutes) - Lia

Friday
7:30 a.m. Cardio Mix (60 minutes) - Paula
8:30 a.m. Yoga `n Pilates (60 minutes) - Mirjam***

Saturday
8:30 a.m. Fitness Fusion (60 minutes) - Instructor Varies

*Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. classes return to 9:20 a.m. after Labor Day.

**Step class will be taught 7/10 (Lauren), 7/24 (Kathy), 8/7 (Kathy), 8/21 (Lauren) & 9/4 (Kathy)
Dance `n Sculpt will be taught 7/17, 7/31, 8/14 & 8/28 (Kathy)

***Yoga `n Pilates will be taught by Ginny during the month of July and the first week in August.
