We are happy to announce that beginning Wednesday, October 8 we are
adding a 4:00 p.m. Cardio N Strength class taught by Sherry Hays-Clarke
on Wednesdays for 55 minutes.
Our Fall session in underway and will run through November 8. Join us

Beverly Bodyworks offers diverse programming in an unpretentious,
