Beverly BodyWorks-COVID-19 Closure
We will be closing Beverly BodyWorks for the next two weeks, beginning tomorrow, Monday 3/16/2020. We plan to re-open on Monday, 3/30/2020.
We will be extending everyone's package due dates by two weeks when we return.
If the weather warms up, there is a possibility we will have class outside at a different location. We will keep you informed.

New Wednesday/Thursday Schedule
Please note the following changes to our schedule:
Beginning tomorrow, Wednesday November 6, we will NO LONGER offer a 9:20 AM class on Wednesdays. This means babysitting will no longer be offered on Wednesday mornings as well.
The Body Works class will return to its original day and time beginning Thursday, November 7 at 8:20 AM.
The schedule is posted in the gym. All other classes remain the same.

CPS Strike & Parent/Child PiYo Tomorrow
The Chicago Public Schools (CPS) Administration has announced that classes are cancelled tomorrow, Thursday, October 17th, in anticipation of a strike. All those who have current Beverly Bodyworks memberships and those who pay a walk-in fee can bring school aged kids/grandkids for no additional charge to PiYo at 9:20 a.m. tomorrow and I'll teach it as a Parent/Child class. Younger kids can still be in the childcare room. This is a great way to bond with your child(ren) and exercise together on their day off from school. Our instructor, Kathy, will be bringing her 16 and 10 year olds to take the class with her.

Class Schedule Changes
Please note the following changes in our class schedule:
Beginning Thursday, 9/5, the 8:20 AM class is cancelled until further notice.
Kathy will continue to teach PiYo on Thursdays at 9:20 AM and we encourage you to check out this incredible full body workout. PiYo has options to modify and intensify the moves, so it is accessible for everyone.
Beginning Wednesday, 9/11, the 9:20 AM class will change to The BodyWorks (formerly on Thursdays at 8:20 AM) with Cheryl or Ginny.
In addition, please join Cheryl on Mondays beginning 9/16 at 4:00 PM for The BodyWorks class. More information to follow.
Finally, we are offering a FREE WEEK to new clients from September 16th through 21st. If you know of anyone who would like to exercise with us, now is the time to check us out for free!
