6:45 p.m. Core, Floor and More (45 minutes) - Paula

Wednesday
5:30 a.m. Zumba (50 minutes) - Victor
7:20 a.m. Cardio Mix (50 minutes) - Barb
8:20 a.m. Zumba (50 minutes) - Dawna

Thursday
8:20 a.m. The Body Works (50 minutes) - Cheryl or Ginny 
6:00 p.m. Strong 30 (30 minutes) - MaryMonica

Friday
5:30 a.m. Zumba (60 minutes) - Victor
8:20 a.m. Zumba (50 minutes) - Dawna

Saturday
8:00 a.m. Zumba (50 minutes) - Victor
9:00 a.m. Cardio Fusion (60 minutes) - Cheryl (not on 9/7 or 9/14)
