6:45 p.m. Core, Floor and More (45 minutes) - Paula

Wednesday
5:30 a.m. Zumba (60 minutes) - Victor
7:20 a.m. Cardio Mix (50 minutes) - Barb
8:20 a.m. Zumba (50 minutes) - Victor
9:20 a.m. Step `n Sculpt (60 minutes) - Sarah

Thursday
8:20 a.m. The Bodyworks-Strength (50 minutes) - Cheryl & Ginny
9:20 a.m. Cardio Mix or Every Body Dance!* (60 minutes) - Kathy or Lia
6:45 p.m. Zumba - Mary

Friday
5:30 a.m. Zumba (60 minutes) - Victor
7:20 a.m. Cardio Mix (50 minutes) - Varies
8:20 a.m. Zumba (50 minutes) - Victor
9:20 a.m. Yoga n' Pilates (60 minutes) - Holly

Saturday
9:00 a.m. Cardio Kickboxing (60 minutes) - Cheryl

(Free child care available during all 9:20 a.m. classes)

*Most months Lia will teach Every Body Dance on the first Thursday and Kathy will teach Cardio Mix on the subsequent Thursdays. However, some months we'll switch things up, due to our schedules. Check the bulletin board at Beverly Bodyworks for the most up to date instructor schedule.
