9:20 a.m. High Intensity Interval Training (60 minutes) - Jill
Tuesday
9:20 a.m. Active Yoga (60 minutes) - Ginny
6:30 p.m. Core, Floor and More (45 minutes) - Paula

Wednesday
7:30 a.m. Cardio Dance (45 mninutes) - Barb
9:20 a.m. Step `n Sculpt (60 minutes) - Kathy

Thursday
9:20 a.m. Every Body Dance! (60 minutes) - Lia
Friday
7:30 a.m. Cardio Mix (60 minutes) - Paula
9:20 a.m. Yoga n' Pilates (60 minutes) - Holly

Saturday
9:00 a.m. Cardio Kickboxing (60 minutes) - Cheryl

Preregistration is held during the last two weeks of every session/two weeks before each new session begins. Save 10% if you register during preregistration.
