7:30 a.m. Cardio Dance (45 mninutes) - Barb
9:20 a.m. Step/Dance n' Sculpt* (60 minutes) - Kathy/Ginny
Thursday
9:20 a.m. Cardio Fusion (60 minutes) - Jen
4:00 p.m. Cardio `n Strength (55 minutes) - Sherry
7:00 p.m. Every Body Dance! and Strength (45 minutes) - Lia
Friday
7:30 a.m. Cardio Mix (60 minutes) - Paula
9:20 a.m. Yoga `n Pilates (60 minutes) - Mirjam
Saturday
8:30 a.m. Fitness Fusion (60 minutes) - Instructor Varies
*Step will be taught on 1/9 (Kathy), 1/23 (Kathy), 1/30 (Ginny), 2/13 (Kathy) & 2/27 (Ginny)
Dance n' Sculpt will be taught on 1/16, 2/6, 2/20 & 3/6 (Kathy)
