9:20 a.m. Every Body Dance! (60 minutes) - Lia

7:30 a.m. Cardio Mix (60 minutes) - Paula
9:20 a.m. Yoga n' Pilates (60 minutes) - Holly
Saturday
9:00 a.m. Cardio Kickboxing* (60 minutes) - Cheryl
Preregistration is held during the last two weeks of every session/two weeks before each new session begins. Save 10% if you register during preregistration.
*Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. will be in the Lower Level 1/9 - 3/18/17, due to the Hot Shots Basketball Program.
