What's New?
On Monday, November 17 Beverly Bodyworks (BBW) instructor and
co-owner Ginny Schlomas will be teaching a "Boot Camp" style class at
9:15 a.m.  Come check it out and see what all the buzz is about!

This Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 27) at 8:30 a.m. exercise with
your friends at BBW before you fill up on turkey, stuffing and pumpkin pie.  
A number of our instructors will be team teaching this 60 minute class that
morning for an extra special start to your holiday!

We are now offering Cardio N Strength classes taught by Sherry
Hays-Clarke on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. for 55 minutes.

Our current
Holiday session runs through January 3.  Join us anytime and
we will prorate your fees.
